The modular series OMEGA III... The new generation of the plastic welding machine series OMEGA III has the highest level of technical standards and is easy to use.
The modular positioning of the components, including moulding press, control and generator, allows easy positioning of the respective plastic part and of the work station. Due to its efficiency and the possibilities of process control, this standard machine guarantees a safe accomplishment of even the most difficult welding tasks. The processor controlled operation device of OMEGA III has an easy to use one-hand rotary switch allowing monitoring and changing all parameters.
The precision and reliability of our machines are guaranteed by many technical advantages: - Selection of joining pressure and regulation of every program by proportional valves - Possibility of storage of 20 welding programs with all parameters at instant recall - Easy programming and display of welding time, travel, height, energy and speed after each welding process - Choice of 10 stored amplitude profiles for a perfect welding process - RWS: Reactive Welding System (Ultrasound OFF, once the predetermined power level has been achieved) - Documentation of all control parameters, via a printer (interface RS 232) if requested, or by storage of the ultrasonic results on PC by means of MECAWIN software
